At the Rotisserie Xperience, our dishes are prepared using free-range Amish chickens and turkeys injected and marinated allowing for more tender and flavorful meals.  In addition, we offer other specialties including Rotisserie Tenderloin, Roasted Beef, Lamb, Rotisserie Fingerling Potatoes, Balsamic Asparagus Spears and Candied Baby Carrots.  A variety of fresh salads, sandwiches and Chef’s weekly specials are also available.

 

Whether it’s an intimate gathering for family and friends or a special occasion for up to 200 persons, the Rotisserie Xperience can offer you an unforgettable event.

Customized menus are prepared ranging from spectacular hors d’oeuvres to gourmet entrées and are always tailored for each event.

All menus and dishes are prepared under the direction of Chef Robert Stakits.
